THE SHADY BOY PROMISE (READ BEFORE YOU BUY)

At Shady Boy Apparel, every single item is custom-printed specifically for you when you order it. We don't pull your order from a generic pile. It’s created fresh the moment you order it—exclusively for your shady self.

Because of this custom nature, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

Wait, what if it’s messed up? If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got your back.

The Defect Guarantee: If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to let us know.

  1. Snap a photo of the defect (or the wrong item).

  2. Reach out to us via the "Contact" Tab.

  3. We will send you a free replacement immediately. No need to return the messed-up one.

Sizing Issues: We strongly recommend checking the size chart on every product page before checking out. Since we cannot restock custom items, we cannot offer free exchanges for wrong sizes.

However, we know mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size, email us. We can't take it back, but we might be able to offer you a sweet discount on a replacement so you can get the right fit without paying full price again.
